Each NexBuildOn Chapter is led by a dedicated leadership team and supported by specialized teams that work together to create meaningful opportunities and experiences within their campus community.
01. Core Leadership Board
President
Provides overall leadership and direction for the chapter while ensuring growth, collaboration, and community engagement.
Vice President
Supports chapter operations, assists the President, and helps coordinate chapter activities and initiatives.
Secretary
Manages communication, documentation, meeting records, and coordination within the chapter.
Treasurer
Oversees budgeting, financial planning, sponsorship coordination, and resource management.
Faculty Coordinator
Acts as the faculty mentor for the chapter, providing guidance, institutional support, and helping strengthen collaboration between the chapter and the college.

Application Submission
Interested students submit the Founding Chapter Leader Application Form through the NexBuildOn website.

Shortlisted applicants are invited for an online interview.

Selection of Founding Chapter Leader
Successful candidates are selected as Founding Chapter Leaders and receive an official selection email.
Faculty Coordinator Identification
The selected Chapter Leader identifies a Faculty Coordinator or Faculty Advisor who can support the chapter within the institution.
Core Team Recruitment
The NexBuildOn Team works closely with the Chapter Leader to recruit the chapter's leadership team and functional team members from the college.

Chapter Approval
Once the chapter structure is finalized and requirements are met, the chapter receives official approval from NexBuildOn Community.

Official Chapter Inauguration
Upon successful approval, the NexBuildOn Team will coordinate an official chapter inauguration ceremony at your college.
During the ceremony:
- The chapter will be officially launched.
- Appointment Certificates will be awarded to Chapter Leaders and Core Team Members.
- The Faculty Coordinator will be formally recognized.
- Students will be introduced to the vision and mission of NexBuildOn Community.
- The chapter will officially become part of the NexBuildOn Community network.
